Congratulations and Many Thanks to Dr. Rajyaguru and Staff on my behalf and on behalf of the many hundreds, perhaps thousands of those in suffering and pain, which you and your wonderful staff have served, we express our sincere gratitude and continual in-depth patience, professionalism, and personal sacrifices in learning the advanced level of professional knowledge, skills, and abilities, and of their compassion and attentiveness, and generally well expressed “sense of caring."

Some of us have endured excruciating pain for years, ignorant of the availability and advantages of Pain Management. For many of us it has been an unbelievable life changing event. The results for some have been freedom of assisted walking devices.

 Dear Mrs. Rajyaguru, 

I am a patient of your son, Dr. Rajyaguru, and have been for several years now. I asked his permission to write you a letter and asked him to please read it and translate it for you. I have never written a letter like this before, but I wanted to say Thank you to you for all the love and sacrifice you gave in raising your son. The love and care you gave has gone on to touch the lives of so many others. I know you are very proud of him and all his achievements. He is a wonderful doctor and so much more. His office walls are covered with certificates and awards that show years of study and hard work. But what those plaques don’t show you are the endless, he puts in helping people, just like me. I know everyone has had a doctor at one time or another that seemed not to care at all if you died right there in front of them. Then there are the few, who, like your son, who put their whole heart into helping.

I have looked through so many books and still cannot find enough words to convey the dept of gratitude and love that my family and I have for you and your family. Please know that the sacrifices you make are greatly appreciated and touch the lives of so many.  

I know its extremely difficult for you to say good-bye after a short visit on vacation, but when he is leaving, its certainly not because he is ready to go, but because of me and so many other patients that depend on him. I would not be here today if it were notand their amazing staff. So Thank you so much for the sacrifice given by you and your family, that literally means the world to me and so many other.
