Advanced Pain Therapies

We are proud to offer a variety of therapies for chronic pain:

Nerve Blocks including epidural injections, facet joint injections, peripheral nerve blocks, sympathetic nerve blocks, and celiac plexus block.

Joint Injections including sacroiliac (SI) joint injections, major joint injections (hip, knee, ankle, shoulder), minor joint injections

Nerve Conduction Velocity testing to evaluate the underlying reason for your symptoms.

Trigger Point Injections and Chemodenervation using therapeutic Botox.

Morphine pump implantation and management for select patients who have failed to improve with all other management strategies.  Dr. Raj has been implanting and managing these pumps for more than a decade.

Spinal Cord Stimulator implantation to treat intractable nerve pain from nerve damage, previous spinal surgery, neuropathic pain, Shingles pain, etc.  It is reserved for pain unresponsive to other management modalities.

Lysis of Adhesions performed in the operating room under general anesthesia for patients with extensive scar tissue formation after multiple prior spinal surgeries. A specialized catheter is being used to break down the scar tissue, and certain medications are injected to reduce the intraspinal inflammation.
