About The Clinic
Advanced Pain Clinic was established by Dr. V. L. Rajyaguru in November 1995 to manage chronic pain in the Kissimmee, FL area. Dr. Rajyaguru has practiced in a variety of settings, including various hospitals and standalone clinics.
Advanced Pain Clinic is proud to offer a variety of pain management modalities, including nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and joint injections. We routinely perform epidural injections, transforaminal nerve root injections, facet joint injections, thermal radiofrequency ablation, and carpal tunnel injections. Our procedures are performed under fluoroscopic guidance to maximize efficacy and safety.
Our expertise includes management of complex pain patients with uncommon therapies, including intrathecal morphine pumps, spinal cord stimulators, and radiofrequency ablation. Additional procedures are offered on a medical necessity basis, including trigeminal nerve blocks, stellate ganglion blocks, sympathetic blocks, and a variety of major and minor joint injections. We have significant experience with chronic, intractable headaches and low back pain, and are able to diagnose the underlying dysfunction and offer a comprehensive treatment approach. The doctors are offering Botox treatments at both locations for headaches, Lower back pain causes Psoas syndrome, muscle contracture due to nerve damage etc
